VUKOVI is back. The Scottish duo brought their new record “Nula” with them. And it’s a science fiction adventure in music form. At the center is the main character Nula, who has been captured by a capitalist. The concept album is set 25 years after the captivity and deals with trauma, violence, lust and revenge. Musically, VUKOVI mix rock, punk, pop, nu-metal and lots of electro. Besides atmospheric synth elements, the tracks come with rough guitar riffs and trendy hooks. On the LP, singer Janine and guitarist Hamish lead the listeners into a fascinating world full of pain, joy, self-knowledge and liberation. And in 2023 VUKOVI will make Ferropolis the setting for their space odyssey.
