The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. So they say. And in the case of VENDED, this saying is right on the money. Because singer Griffin Taylor and drummer Simon Crahan are the sons of SLIPKNOT veterans Corey Taylor and Shawn “Clown” Crahan. The band confidently fills the big kinship footsteps. In 2021, the five-piece released their first EP, “What Is It//Kill It.” The SLIPKNOT DNA is unmistakable, although the band knows how to add their own touches. With hard riffs, doomy breakdowns and furious shouts all five band members get enough space to let off steam. In 2023 they will bring the barrel to boil over at FULL FORCE.
