After several singles and an EP, HERIOT finally delivered their debut album “Profound Morality” in 2022. The four-piece British combo relies on burning vocals, shrill shouts and manic solos. Metalcore, industrial, death and doom metal are combined to form a musical jackhammer that mows down everything in its path. Every now and then, melodic vocal interludes give a glimmer of hope – and those who are willing to listen can take a breath. Nevertheless, the brute force of the band remains unbroken.
